C2K

Role: Creator & Maintainer

Timeline: 2026–present

C2K is a free, open-source Couch to 5K and 10K trainer for Android and iOS. It provides timed workouts, audible prompts, progress tracking, and optional GPS distance and pace.

The app works entirely offline. It has no account, advertising, analytics, telemetry, or internet permission. Workout and location data stay on the device.

Jargon

Role: Creator & Maintainer

Timeline: 2026–present

Jargon is a free, open-source offline reader for the Jargon File, available for Android and iOS. It includes more than 2,300 entries documenting the language and culture of early computer hackers.

The app supports search, favorites, cross-reference links, and browsing by letter. It carries the entire collection on the device, so it requires no account or network connection.

Role: Creator & Maintainer

Timeline: 2026–present

hackerapps.com is the independent home for the apps I build. It brings product information, downloads, privacy policies, release news, and the principles behind the work together in one place.

The site covers two kinds of software: free and open-source apps such as C2K and Jargon, and focused apps sold once for a fair price rather than through subscriptions. The static site has no advertising, analytics, tracking, or client-side JavaScript.
